Due to health problems in our youngest daughter Sarah-Christiana "little Chrissie" we ask and pray for everyone to donate to Braska and Zachs's adoption fund. Children in orphanages face illnesses everyday much like what Chrissie has. Chrissie was lucky she was adopted and she is receiving the much needed medicine to survive. Unfornuately Zach and Braska are still waiting to come home. Both children are also very ill and need your help.. I am begging through my heart for the funds to bring them both home. Also I ask for prayers for our daughter Chrissie for her recoverly.

Help us reach over the $200.00 mark on our Reeces Rainbow Account

Currently we are still listed in the Section for Homestudy in progress and our account is standing at $195.00. We are greatly in need of funds and will be traveling in just a few months. This means we will need 2 airline tickets, hotel accomandations, Visas for two children @$404 per child. So we will need roughly $4,000 for TRIP 1 by June.

We are still needing to save and raise the remaining agency fees of $24,000 and funds for TRIP 2.

So I ask that you please share our blog with others in hopes for sponsors and donations. Thank you & God Bless

Blogging and prayers

As we began to prepare our next journey to adopt and also the beginning our our next adoption blog. I sat down and read each and every post I had made. Some were done in the middle of the night when everyone was asleep. This is my me time where I try and relax my thoughts and express my emotions on paper. As I feel sadden that during this time not once did I honestly feel I gave enough thanks in prayers to my Lord. I feel ashame and unworthy to write just how I feel tonight.

Honestly I was never was to good at expressing my feelings openly for others to read. Maybe afraid to let others know how worried I was through out our adoption with the unknown fear of a failed adoption, having to raise the necessary funds and the waiting till our adoption was final. Having two prior dosmetic adoptions being disrupted because both birth mother had changed her mind it has been difficult for Gary and
me to once again commit our hearts to a child we may not be able to love as our own. It is easy to fall in love with a child but in all truth sometimes things may not meant to be. And there were days picking up the pieces of loving a child and having to walk away is not so easy to do. And also the fear of placing our savings into a dream that may not happen. So during our adoption with Chrissie both Gary and I took a leap of faith and set forward relying on our faith to guide us. Not just guide it with the knowledge but with the wisdom on saving and raising the funds it would take to complete our adoption.

While growing up as a child when ever things were difficult and hard to manage. I turned my worries over to our Lord and ask him to guide me through these difficult decisions. In my heart
I knew God has his reasons for us to go through this all of this heartache and dissapointment.

Again I feel sadden I failed in my blog in many areas. And wished I had wrote why my heart has lead y family and me to adopt. But some days the words just would not pour out as I wished.

Sharing our excitement of once again adopting we will also be sharing our day by day feelings of honestly. Please I ask everyone to pray for our family as we go through this next adoption and ask God to grant us the wisdom and strength through the many trials and worries ahead. This next adoption was not done lightly. Over and over we ran through all of our thoughts on why we should adopt and why we should not. And to be honest there was no honest reason why we shouldn't adopt. Both Gary and I love one another and our children. But also in our hearts we feel that there is a child who needs us to love and care for them. There is nothing material that we need for we have the greatest gift our family. Material items fade and one day are cast to the side. But with family there is a love that never ends even in heaven..
So I ask again for your prayers and support during our journey
in bringing our little one/ones home..
