10 Candles on a Cake and one Secret Wish

As I prepare to place one new candle on my youngest son Patrick's Birthday Cake. I think to myself Patrick is 10 years old and where did the last 8 years go. One day my son will be a man but for this one childhood moment I watch as he as he gently blows out his candles. As a child I have alway's made a secret wish on my birthdays. And wonder what Patrick secret wish would be. As look back blowing out my candles I realize that my own secret Birthday wish had came true, the wish to be a mother.
