Dossier and Timeframe of Adoption

Yesterday we picked up new medical reports. These medical exams will be notarize stamped & apostilled at our State's Commision Office..  We also sent off for a notarized & apostille copy of our marriage license from Arkansas. We are down to just a few pieces of papework needed for our dossier.  Waiting for fingerprint clearance for FBI so we an attach this to our Dossier.
GOODNEWS...Our homestudy was approved today and is now being reviewed at AAC..Hopefully the HS is okay and we can begin to file for our I800A approval.  The I800A is a form used for approval to adopt a child or children through a Hague Country.  It has been three weeks for our FBI Prints and pray they
will arrive shortly .

We are hoping and praying we are able to submit Dossier no later than  July 1st.
One submitted we will receive a date shortly to meet the girls.
Normally it takes 2 to 3 months before we can travel to Bulgaria after dossier is submitted.

Once we return home we are able to began the necessary paperwork for court. so
We have a wonderful attorney name Toni, she has assisted us through the paperwork stage
and secured both of the girls for us.
We were blessed Toni sent us information on little Cookie with videos and photos.
Toni will be setting us a court date for both girls.
Being that they are both in separate orphanages, each will have a separate court date.
We pray we are approved to adopt for of our little girls.
We should hear some news shortly after our court hearing.
