Waiting

Still no word from our formal application to MOJ which we should heard something shortly..
Our appointment to visit our social worker for our update has been moved so today we are printing out the necessary for our dossier.  Trying to be one step ahead and then all we have to do is visit our doctor and have our medical exam/psychological clearances.
Once our homestudy is reviewed and completed we can file for I800A with USCIS.
Next we will wait for our finger print appointments and in about a week or so we will receive our approval.

Today we will also need to send off our marriage license to be appostilled, make copies of our passports and then start collecting photos of our family for our dossier.  Once we receive our FBI, USCIS fingerprints clearance and receive our I171H we are set to compile our dossier.  Go through our checklist then make sure everything is in order. With holidays on their ways we may have some delays with our homestudy completion.

Once all the documents have done I estimate our dossier should be ready by end of May 2012 first week of June.  And we should be able to make our first trip in July-August-September-October and then Court October-November-December and travel on our second trip during Jan-February 2013.   So our adoption will go from December 2011 to completion December 2012.  With holidays we will probably not be able to travel second trip until 2013.
