| Most people wonder just why we work 12 hours a day and have little or no sleep. These are three good reasons why. This photo was taking shortly after having a medical appointment in Dallas. There is only one available Neurologist in Louisiana. And he is located in Monroe. The next closest is in Dallas Guess which child see a neurologist? Unfornuately all three of them for three different medical problems. In just four months we have accumlated medicall bills totaling over $87,000 just to our primary care cordinator doctor. Of this we have to pay a $250.00 deductable and $25.00 Co-pays. specialist $40.00 to $100.00 per visit or test. Averaging 6 medical visit to primary doctor only Between all three children they have had MRI's, EEG's, CATSCANS, Upper and Lower Gi's, Shallow Studies and so and so.. Our visits include visits to Neurologist, Geneticist, Gastro-Intestional Specialist, Dermatologist, Infectionist Disease Doctors, CP Clinics, Shiners, St.Judes-Feist-Wellier of Shreveport. We have capped our medical of over 1 millon in 2010 and now two months into 2011 we have incurred. We thank God for Shiners and St.Judes or we would be totally indebt for life. For we do not receive a billed invoice. And many people ask us why we adopted these special needs children. Because their birth parents could not afford their medical care and medications. We could both be driving brand new cars each year for what we spend. Vacation somewhere on a beach drinking a coconut & pineapple drink or taking a nice long cruise alone. Our alone time is when we sleep and close both our eyes and ocassionally catch a brief glimsp of one another. And sometimes we think of 40 years ago while we were both teens dating. Believe me I knew our lives would end up with nine children and 12 grandchildren. Yes, we are Blessed. |

| Patrick has CP, Aspergers, Failure to Thrive, Epilesy, Leukmoid, and delayed development and the list goes on and on. Currently Patrick is having seizures and weekly appointments. |

| Makayla has mutiple brian tumors on her Optic Nerves. Medical diagnoises NF1 & Beckwweiderman Sydrome and also a mutiple list of other health conditions. Today we learn Makayla's tumors may be growing and may have to began Radiation. Her tumors are on her otpic nerves and her primary doctor think her vision has weaken. These tumors are in an area that can not be removed without some major lost in vision or she may lost her vision completely |

| And then there is Christian-Keith where do we begin with his medical issues. Christian has mutiple medical issues involving his digestive tract, asthma, MRSA, Low Immunity D. and so and so. His alleries are so bad his skin bleeds and is treated like a burn. The little man, he is allergic to everything and his diet is limited. He sleeps with his Epi-pen right by his side. He wakes up to special baths, special diet, med after med, creme after creme. Seeing doctor after doctor. And yet he still smiles. |
